rubinger has been called. it will cost me $1200 to go to court for eviction. this is your last chance to leave voluntarily. after i send the check, it will be too late. you are leaving one way or the other. can i pay you to leave? 

when you leave you should take my sleeping bag-down one from bedroom, EAR PLUGS-in bedside table in my bedroom.. also you need a flashlight, and bicycle. take the one upstairs. You MUST learn to ride a bike. 

take a cell phone and charger to call 911. flashlight is on my head-board in bedroom. 

consider taking the toyota truck. park it in their parking lot-it’s private and probably they will let you park long term. take air pump for tires. take some tools, oil, filter,filter removal tool, brake fluid for truck. have someone help you change the oil. take a back-pack, big one. take poncho or black plastic bag for use in rain. take clock. miscellaneous: cooking and eating equipment, plastic food bags, canned food, can opener, dry food, lock and chain for bicycle, paper towels, towel, and toilet paper, soap, scrubber, clothing, walking shoes, all important documents, pen and paper, envelopes and postage, water and water bottles, batteries, trickle car battery charger, extension power cable, foam mattress to make bed in back of truck, sheet , pillow, blanket-take my fleece blankets., cosmetics, mirror, medicine-tylenol, aspirin, antibiotics, neosporin, first aid kit in bathroom., surgery towels, and laparotomy sponges, etc. 

if you develop anxiety-depression disorder : visit ER to get free medication and drink coffee. also ask for mental health aid at shelter-free. 

their charge is limited by law for low income people. i suggest you dont pay any bills unless you have a job. 

take pepper spray under mirror in my bedroom. SAFETY: pepper spray, cellphone and charger, knife, 

locks and chain, flashlight. 

tools needed: screw driver, pliers, wrench to fit oil plug, misc. wrenches, hammer, tool box, scissors, tape, some wire, knives, hex wrenches, portable radio, sewing kit. 

i will store in Jenny Lind the possessions you leave. 

i can ups extra things to you at shelter if you need them. 

make copies of important documents and keep copies in separate location(truck?).
