JUDGMENT WAS NEVER MAILED TO ME AND I THOUGHT THIS WAS DISMISSED. I REQUESTED THE COURT TO DISMISS THIS MURDER CASE ”# 39-2011-00261552-CL-UD-STK ON APRIL 26, 2011 - SEE ANSWER AND UD-150 BECAUSE IT IS A DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE CASE 244725 and SMALL CLAIMS COURT HAS NO JURISDICTION AND NO CASE. TRIAL SHOULD NOT BE GRANTED AFTER APRIL 26, 2011 ON A FIRST PLACE. I WILL APPEAL, RETRIAL CASE 244725. I AM FROM BULGARIA AND CANNOT WORK HERE AS A MEDICAL DOCTOR. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE I TO LIVE IN USA NOT OWNING REAL ESTATE, CAR AND INCOME SOURCE. Monday, 08-08-2011 I was going to file Appeal, Retrial of case 244725 when a Writ was stuck on my door. Judgment was never mailed to me - I got a copy on 08-08-2011 from Room 333 after I the Writ was stuck on my door on 08-08-2011. I waited to receive the judgment to appeal. Therefore I have 30 days of 08-08-2011 to appeal the judgment and THIS WRIT IS ILLEGAL. After I never received a judgment I thought the case was dismissed as I asked on April 26, 2011 Answer and Form UD-150 to be dismissed. It should not go on trial on a first place: This court has NO jurisdiction because SUBJECT-MATTER JURISDICTION IS DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE - see case 244725. This is the third time for me somebody trying to “evict” me from my own house: First in 1992 while still married and before our divorce to begin, Second in February 2004, Third now. The Clause reads like this: “Nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb.” Jesse told me Valentyna pressured him to hire Rubinger in February 2004 when I received about 20 letters from Rubinger. She was not even citizen then, but Jesse told her that it was very easy to “evict” me from my own house while still married before our divorce to begin and to steal everything from me in 1992.
After he married her Jesse started to fight badly with parents. Jesse was fired from Dameron Hospital for sexual harassment of married with 4 kids nurse 1992. Jesse NEUBARTH is guilty for Arranging my murder for my own house. It is rightfully mine from our marriage and retrial is necessary. And it is not just me: his parents were his/theirs first target. Jesse was investigated for the murder of his mother - ask Bakersfield police. I did not believed it, but now I believe it. She did not have a car like me to abuse control manipulate her by extreme cruelty. She passed away and cannot speak for herself but I will. His mother did not need anything from Jesse - she is “from here”, had money, and place to live. His father had a heart attack after big fight with Jesse to leave his apartment in Bakersfield. Now that both parents are away only I am on his way and his/their target for murder. Valentyna will never stop sending all Jesse’s money to Mafia in Ukraine and Italy because she is Mafia and she was imported by Mafia in LA. Jesse was set up to import Mafia. They keep coming back in USA all the time because Valentyna is sending them all Jesse’s money. Look what they did to Jesse’s parents and to me now - murders. There is no life with Valentyna. He is wrong. He had to leave them years ago.
